Terms of Use

You agree that by accessing, browsing, shopping or making payment on the Website, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these terms and conditions, as well as consented to the processing of your personal data as described below. If you do not agree, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and you must discontinue use immediately.

Link-Global reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion - (a) to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to changing, modifying, suspending or discontinuing all or any part of the Website; and/or (b) to undertake such maintenance, repair or improvement to the Website as may be required for its proper functioning in which case it may suspend the Website (without notice in the case of an emergency) and/or give instructions to users as we deem reasonably necessary; and/or (c) to impose limits on certain features or restrict / refuse your access to any part of the Website or allow you to register with the Website.

Link-Global shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with your use of the Website howsoever arising, including but not limited to any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system, any notice which is misdirected.

User Registration

You may be required to register with the Website. You agree you are responsible for the safekeeping of your password and /or user ID and are responsible for all use of your account and password (whether authorised or unauthorised). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and/or user ID (whether authorised or unauthorised). You agree that you will comply with any instructions that Link-Global may issue regarding the use of the Website and/or your account, including security measures such as password changes. You shall report any malfunction of the account to Link-Global without delay. Link-Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You may terminate your account by giving email notice to Link Global at “sales@gshop.sg”. Notwithstanding any such termination, you remain responsible for any incomplete transaction (whether the transaction was commenced before or after such termination) including payment for the relevant product(s). An account shall not be terminated until and unless relevant transactions are completed including payment being received by Link-Global for the product(s) sold.

Products

The products available on the Website are for illustration purposes only, the colour and design of the product(s) may differ from the pictures shown.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Link-Global shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage that may be incurred by any person in connection with the products or use of the products.

Price

Prices for all products are subject to change. Link-Global reserves the right to change prices without prior notice at any time.

Payments

All prices listed on the Website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (S$). Full payment (including delivery charges if applicable) is required when placing your order on the Website.

All online transactions are processed via PayPal for credit card payment only. The products will be sent out only after full payment has been received.

Local Delivery (Singapore only)

You may choose delivery options of local delivery or self-collection when placing your order on the Website.

Local delivery – We provide free local delivery for all our products. However, additional delivery charges may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location within CBD, Sentosa Area, etc. Please call us for further information (contact details below).

The risk of loss lies with you during the course of delivery of the products. Your order shall be deemed to be delivered once we receive the authorised courier’s delivery note which will be proof of delivery of the products specified therein. If you fail to take delivery or fail to give us adequate delivery information and instructions when placing order on the Website, Link-Global reserves the right to store the products ordered until delivery is made and charge you for any extra costs of the second or more delivery. Link-Global reserves the right to refuse delivery if any amount owing to us is not paid in full or if there are any other reasons whatsoever (including unavailability of the products) preventing us from making the delivery.

All delivery dates are estimates only and Link-Global shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products.

Self-collection – Self-collection is available at our ASCM warehouse located at 3, Ang Mo Kio St 62, 02-14, Singapore 569139, Telephone - 62224779 during operating hours, 09.60 to 18.00 hours, Monday to Friday, exclude Public holidays.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is not accepted after payment is received. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, do give us 2 full working days notice in advance of the original delivery date via email. Our email is “sales@gshop.sg”.

Refund and Return Policy

You are strongly encouraged to check the product immediately upon receipt and may reject the product on the spot if you discover that the product is defective or different from your order.

You may only apply for the refund and return of the product within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product in the following circumstances:

• Product has not been received by you by the delivery date; or
• Product is defective; or
• Wrong product is delivered to you; or
• It is agreed between you and Link-Global that a refund and/or return of the product will be made,

provided that (i) the product is returned to Link-Global at this address (3, Ang Mo Kio St 62, 02-14, Singapore 569139, Telephone - 62224779 during operating hours, 09.60 to 18.00 hours, Monday to Friday, exclude Public holidays), (ii) the condition of the product must be unused and in its original packaging, along with all accessories or user manual which came with it.

Products that have been used, cannot be eligible for refund or return.

Application for refund and return must be made via email: sales@gshop.sg. Link-Global will review each application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the application is successful within 3 working days of receipt of your application. Only in the case of a refund, we will bear your return transportation fee. Refund will be issued via the original payment mode.

Privacy Policy

By accessing the Website, or registering for an account with us, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and that you give consent to the collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing of your personal data by Link-Global in accordance with this Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time on the Website).
